Blackheads are formed when a clog or pore develops in the opening of a hair follicle.
The process involves cleaning the nose, applying petroleum jelly on the entire nose, covering it with cling film, using hot water and a washcloth for a steam massage, wiping off the excess petroleum jelly, massaging the nose with oil, rinsing it with water, using a foaming cleanser, and finally using an exfoliating brush to get rid of any remaining blackheads.
The video includes before and after pictures and claims that the nose should feel smooth and clean and look blackhead-free after this treatment.
