How to Style Sneakers (5 Outfit Ideas For Women)

How to Style Sneakers

The concept of wearing sneakers appeals to everyone of us.

I know I do since they’re comfortable, casual, and cool, and you can stroll all day in them.

It’s even possible to run in them. But it’s a different story when it comes to styling them.

It’s difficult to style them without making them look frumpy.

I’d like to offer some simple, easy outfit ideas with you in this article that will help you look casual, cool, and chic while wearing your sneakers.

Sneakers are quite fashionable right now. We’ve been discussing these for years. They are, however, quite difficult to style.

Particularly for those of us over the age of 40. Because they might look you appear frumpy or even infantile. You also don’t want to look like your daughter.

So I’m going to talk about several easy outfit ideas, all of which are extremely casual and all of which are pretty cool.

Sneaker Outfit Idea 1

Let’s start with outfit number one, which is a dressed-up casual outfit with a killer hoodie blazer.

Let’s start with my feet, because I’ll be wearing the same pair of sneakers in all of these looks.

It’s a pair of P448 designer sneakers made of Italian leather. The leopard print on these is silver. I’m a big fan of the hue of these. I like how neutral it is while still having a burst of color.

They’re simply a fantastic pair of sneakers.

However, you may just go with plain white. There’s no issue with that. A classic white color is always a smart choice.

I wore them with a pair of dark wash skinny jeans. It’s one of those items that everyone should have in their closet.

You can also opt with a straight cut denim, a wide leg jean, or a combination of the two. I’d recommend both.

If you can only do one, I’d go with the one that best fits your body shape.

Then I’m wearing a typical Michael Stars white cotton tank and a really cool blazer with a zip-in, zip-out hoodie on top.

This one is made of a knit fabric that is both soft and lightweight. The sleeves can be easily pushed up. It has anti-wrinkle properties.

The racing stripes on the sleeves are fantastic. Jamison is the name of the line. I’m going to use it a few times in this article, and I’m going to style it in a variety of ways.

It’s a fantastic piece. With jeans and a t-shirt, you can wear this all day.

I can replace the Michael Stars white tee with a black tee if I want something different.

It’s just a pretty edge, current outfit that doesn’t go crazy. It’s not like it’s going overboard.

You’re still covered up. You continue to exude sophistication. You still feel elevated, but it’s a lot more laid-back, cool, and casual.

So whether you’re running errands, picking up kids from school, or going to the grocery store, this outfit is perfect.

Sneaker Outfit Idea 2

Let’s imagine you want to wear it a little more casually. You want to make it a little more sporty, like an athleisure style. Sweatpants can be substituted for the jeans.

It is a pair by Sundry. It’s one of my favorite sweatshirt companies since it embodies everything I enjoy. Very soft, very snug, and very comfortable.

Their pants have a nice cut to them. The way they have a slimmer fit through the legs. For me, this pair is a little on the long side. But I can simply pull them up a little to make them look a little cheated.

The same tank and blazer as before. You can effortlessly zip out your hoodie with this blazer. You could make it look a little more elegant if you wanted to.

The gray sweatshirt hoodie looks great with the gray sweatpants and sneakers, as well as the tank and blazer. It’s just a very contemporary look. It’s incredibly new. It has a youthful vibe to it.

Sneaker Outfit Idea 3

Okay, I have one more for you in the form of this super stylish hoodie blazer.

Over a pair of Spanx full leather leggings, the hoodie blazer is worn with a Sanctuary sweatshirt.

When wearing leggings, the most important thing to remember is to wear a top that is long enough to keep you comfortable.

Traditionally, I’d say anything with a hemline that falls just below the crotch area, and then I’d say mid-back or lower.

Then I put on the blazer, which is a little shorter than the sweatshirt and just pulls everything together. It’s almost as though you’re wearing an athletic outfit.

It has a streamlined, polished appearance, but it’s also extremely casual and sporty, and it’s just really stylish, edgy, and current.

If you’re more of a real classic style woman, some of this will feel a little strange to you.

If that’s the case, stick to the sneakers, dark wash jeans, blazer, and something super simple beneath, such as the white tank.

The remainder of these looks are absolutely a go if you’re okay with pushing it a little and going a little more edgier.

Sneaker Outfit Idea 4

This jacket is a little less sophisticated and a little more sporty than the blazer. Blanc Noir created it.

I liked their jackets a lot. They do a fantastic job with the athleisure jacket. Another great example of the light gray camouflage using mixed media. Various fabrics, as well as some extremely great, edgy embellishments.

I also enjoy how long it is. It’s a fantastic length, especially for those of you with shorter torsos or who are petite.

I just teamed it with the same white tank and a pair of looser-fitting, straight-leg jeans to complete the look.

With a pair of flat shoes, I wear Citizens of Humanity jeans that are a little on the long side for me. So I simply cuffed them once for a lovely, modern, huge, long cuff. That looked good to me.

Simply swap out the jeans with either skinny jeans or a pair of sweatpants, and you’ll have the same identical jacket and t-shirt or tank top combination.

Alternatively, I can mix and match the dark gray and light gray Sundry sweat pants.

I like how they’re both grays, but the tones are distinct. As a result, it adds some dimension to the story. This is so casual because it’s so laid-back.

I might be lounging about the home in this, but I can quickly jet out and go to the store or run any errand I need to run while still looking put-together. Feel cool, hip, and in the know, but not obnoxious.

I’m not trying to push the envelope in any way. It’s just a very relaxed, casual, stylish, and modern look.

That’s basically what I intended to give you with this article: these options so that when you’re at home but need to go somewhere, you can resort to these outfits to feel put together. So that you feel youthful and trendy.

Having current, youthful clothing that is still elegant and makes you feel comfortable and confident might help you feel more visible.

I don’t want you to look like you’re in your twenties or teenagers. Not in the least. I’m just saying that I want us to be in a place where we feel secure and visible. We are aware that we are being observed.

Sneaker Outfit Idea 5

The second look I’d want to discuss is perhaps the most formal of the bunch, but it’s also one of my faves. I’m in love with this look.

It’s a Michael Stars tank dress with a middy length and some rushing around the middle. As a result, it’s a great length for women of all ages.

After that, I wore a t-shirt under the Michael Stars gown. However, especially during the summer, you might wear the tank dress by itself.

I love how light and airy this t-shirt is, but the sleeves add such intrigue since they have a tiny puff shoulder and are a little bit of a balloon sleeve.

Layering a shirt under a dress is one of my favorite things to do. It’s such a unique and stylish look, and it’s even more so when paired with the sneakers.

You’re not getting all dolled up. You’re kicking out in a casual manner, but you’re dressed up. You’ve polished yourself. You’ve been dragged together. You are self-assured and fashionable. This is one of those outfits that I absolutely adore. This is a look that I believe can be worn by ladies of all ages.
